Full Job Description
We are seeking a Staff UX Researcher to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will represent customer needs throughout the product and design lifecycle, from discovery to adoption, across a portfolio of products. You will apply and adapt research techniques to understand unique customer needs, define user types, use cases, and UX opportunities.
You will partner with Product Managers and Designers to influence product strategy and roadmaps, and validate feature and design direction through various testing methods including participatory design, concept testing, and usability testing. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to generate strategic and tactical insights with actionable recommendations. You will communicate findings through artifacts such as user segments, persona frameworks, jobs to be done, user journeys, and task analyses.
Additionally, you will provide mentorship to other team members and champion the UX research discipline across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software and the ability to develop insightful questions for both technical and business-minded end-users. Experience in AI integration into work processes is a key qualification. You should possess in-depth knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, task analysis, and experimental design, with experience in online surveys and qualitative research.
We are looking for individuals with expert presentation skills to translate complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders and the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts.
