About the Role
BioRender is shaping the future of science communication and seeks a Staff Software Engineer for our Enterprise team. You will own core platform capabilities including identity, permissions, and enterprise integrations while helping to connect BioRender with emerging AI-native workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build AI-Native Integrations: Explore how protocols like MCP evolve as we integrate new AI tools.
- Advance the Enterprise Platform: Own and evolve capabilities in identity, authorization, provisioning, and integrations.
- Turn Technology into Products: Experiment with agentic capabilities to build secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
- Drive Technical Direction: Lead complex initiatives from architecture through implementation and launch.
- Raise the Engineering Bar: Mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, and improve long-term growth practices.
