Staff Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are building a robust native mobile foundation for Intuit's Identity and Consent platform, which governs authentication, consent, and privacy experiences for tens of millions of customers across TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Credit Karma.

The Opportunity:

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Identity & Consent team in Bangalore (India), you will design, own, and lead our Consent Native SDK—a production-grade solution adopted by all Intuit native applications. This is a strategic platform investment rather than a feature role.

• You will set technical direction for iOS and Android implementation while driving cross-app integration across the portfolio.
• Establish governance, versioning, and support patterns that enable other teams to build reliably on your foundation.
• Take ownership of authentication, session management, and identity primitives as our mobile surface area expands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and own the Consent Native SDK for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), ensuring it meets Intuit's scale, security, and maintainability standards.
• Drive adoption of the SDK across TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Credit Karma mobile teams through close partnership.
• Collaborate with Product, Privacy, Legal, and Security stakeholders to ensure OneTrust compliance and data privacy adherence.

Your Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in both native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
• Proven track record designing production-grade mobile SDKs or platform libraries adopted by multiple teams.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including influencing architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and raising the engineering bar.
• Familiarity with identity, authentication, privacy/consent systems is a strong plus.
