Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, scalable, and reusable Java code.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and implement features.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 10+ years of professional experience with Java.
• Proven passion for building distributed and scalable systems.
• Experience with concurrency and multi-threaded applications.
• Experience with Caching and Asynchronous Messaging.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Excellent analytical and design skills.
• Ability to manage projects with significant technical risk at a team level.
