Staff Software Engineer - Java Backend

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to design and develop highly scalable, performant full-stack applications. You will act as a core technical contributor leveraging expertise in Java backend technologies, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Micro-frontend architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Execute complex development bridging backend logic (Java/Spring) with modern frontend interfaces.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Implement robust messaging patterns using Kafka for high availability and data consistency.
• Micro-Frontend Strategy: Build modular user interfaces to ensure maintainability and independent deployability.
• Code Quality & Design: Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, and TDD.
• Cloud Native Engineering: Manage containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) within CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Layer Design: Work with RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis, ElasticSearch).
• System Optimization: Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability for high-throughput applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering with 5+ years of experience (Senior Level).
• Deep expertise in Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Reactive Spring, Hibernate.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Micro-frontend architecture.
• Advanced skills in Kafka event-driven patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI).

Nice to Have:

• Workflow engines like Temporal or Camunda.
• Familiarity with network protocols (gNMI, SNMP) or AI/ML integration.
• Polyglot programming experience in Python/Golang.
