Role Summary

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership for our T3 NPS (National Production Services) platform. This role demands extensive expertise in designing and building scalable, secure, cloud-native systems, complemented by strong full-stack capabilities and architectural ownership. You will be instrumental in driving key technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and modernizing our platform through advanced and AI-assisted engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, event-driven microservices and establish standards for reliability, performance, and observability.
• Drive cloud-native modernization initiatives on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and distributed system patterns including Kafka and SNS/SQS.
• Deliver end-to-end features, working with Python/.NET Core backends and ReactJS/Angular frontends.
• Establish and promote robust practices for testing, security, performance, and operational excellence.
• Promote AI-assisted development and identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into our workflows.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate closely with Product and Business stakeholders to architect scalable solutions.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated senior technical leadership.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Python, ReactJS/Angular, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Expertise in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tools.
• Solid understanding of security, reliability, and performance engineering principles.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and a keen interest in applying AI at scale.
