Staff Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Architect II / Tech Lead to join Coro, Bain’s persistent product development organization. You will lead the technical architecture for Artemis, an AI-driven marketing and commercial investment allocation platform within our Demand Generation Suite.

Your Impact

• A Architecture & Governance: Define and document scalable architectures aligned with Azure infrastructure. Make key technical decisions on data flows, service boundaries, and integrations. Own engineering quality standards including code reviews and documentation practices.
  
• Platform Integration: Manage integration points between Artemis, other suite applications, and Bain’s wider technology platform. Define API contracts and orchestrate large language model architectures for AI agents with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.
• Roadmap & Leadership: Partner with Product Managers to translate initiatives into technical scopes. Own sprint-level task assignment, remove blockers, and lead the engineering team in delivery cadence while mentoring junior members.
  
• Innovation: Explore new approaches to complex challenges through proofs of concept and stay current on emerging AI technologies.
