Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack Engineer Role

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering, architecture, and processes, including code reviews and unit testing.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design through to delivery, ensuring high-quality product releases with automated testing.
• Design user-friendly software that allows customers to easily extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, while also enhancing our existing product suite.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
• 8+ years of comprehensive full-stack engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on Java and JavaScript.
• A deep passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, with a focus on reusability and componentization.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Proficiency in analytical and design skills.
• The ability to manage projects with significant technical risk at a team level.
• Experience in prompt engineering and Generative AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Cursor or Windsurf is beneficial.
