• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end client-side solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, NextJS, GraphQL, and related technologies.
• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and technologies across the SDLC, including AI-powered code generation, automated testing, code review assistance, and intelligent debugging to boost development velocity and code quality.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to enhance team productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the technical direction of client-side applications, advocating for best practices and innovative solutions, including the strategic integration of AI/ML capabilities into product features.
• Own and optimize software performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks using monitoring, logging, and metrics, leveraging AI-powered observability and anomaly detection tools.
• Ensure the development of clean, scalable, high-performing, secure, and reliable software services across all aspects, including coding, documentation, and automation.
• Identify and implement critical non-functional requirements (Availability, Security, Performance, Scalability, Observability) and improve automated test strategies, build, and deployment processes for efficient continuous integration.
• Collaborate with other development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of client-side applications, automating and enhancing build, test, and deployment processes with AI-assisted testing frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of new products and features.
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to scalable coding principles.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and promoting a collaborative environment.
• Stay current with industry standards, tools, and technologies in client-side development, observability, DevOps, and AI development tools, driving their adoption within the team.
• Participate in program planning, influencing the product and technology roadmap and driving outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
