Staff Software Engineer

• Drive system design and architecture for scalable, modern front-end solutions.
• Ensure best-in-class performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Mentor and guide the front-end engineering team as a subject-matter expert.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to set technical standards.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience building and leading web applications at scale.
• Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
• Strong portfolio of robust, high-performance single-page applications (SPAs) and SSR solutions.
• Proven expertise in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence.
• Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, international travel/e-commerce, or expat exposure.
