Staff Software Engineer

Join Outreach in Hyderabad as a Staff Software Engineer - Backend, focusing on our CRM Sync vision. The Sync Team is responsible for developing Outreach's data integration platform, enabling seamless bi-directional data exchange between Outreach and API-enabled applications like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. This critical tier-1 service allows users to act within Outreach using external application data and vice-versa. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications and systems.
• Provide technical leadership, promoting innovation and engineering excellence.
• Contribute to architectural design decisions to optimize system performance and maintainability.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks with innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards, identify improvements, and ensure high code quality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of extensive backend development experience.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in designing and building complex software systems.
• Proficiency in Golang or similar programming languages.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern software development tools and technologies is advantageous.
