Staff Software Engineer
Full Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Backend Full Stack to build and scale the systems powering our platform components.
In this full-stack role, you will design distributed systems using Python and Golang while also contributing high-quality React and React Native code for polished user experiences. You will own product initiatives from definition through implementation, particularly within new "App Studio" capabilities.
Key responsibilities include building scalable backend services (Kafka, Flink, AWS), writing maintainable and tested code, and collaborating across engineering, design, and product to solve complex technical problems. You must be comfortable reasoning through trade-offs in consistency, performance, and fault tolerance.
