Staff Machine Learning Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for our next Staff Machine Learning Engineer on Twilio's Conversation Memory team. In this role, you will build foundational AI/ML capabilities that power intelligent engagement experiences—letting any application or agent know who a customer is and how best to reach them.

Responsibilities

• Build new functionality within fast-moving products with rapid adoption.
• Take nebulous ideas, design rigorous experiments, and execute them within weeks.
• Conduct deep-dive research into state-of-the-art LLM orchestration, retrieval strategies, and data-driven personalization.
• Build ML systems that hold up at Twilio scale with high-volume data and real-time inference paths.
• Rapidly acquire new technical skills in a fast-paced, high-delivery environment.
