We are seeking a talented full-stack engineer with deep expertise in architecting AI solutions. You will be instrumental in designing solutions that revolutionize enterprise service user experiences and workflow efficiency. Unlike traditional analytical tools, our AI/ML solutions are designed for all users, regardless of technical expertise, enabling them to operate enterprise services thoughtfully and at scale. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and architect high-quality user solutions.
- Architect and gain consensus on solutions across partner teams and consumers.
- Develop cutting-edge cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services.
- Engage in daily collaboration with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Evaluate diverse technology options based on performance, accuracy, and cost, guiding the team towards optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex enterprise applications.
- Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
- Experience in developing enterprise-scale conversational AI platforms with advanced natural language processing solutions.
- Deep competence in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLM performance, with hands-on expertise in leading models like GPT, Claude, and open-source alternatives.
- Proven ability to translate complex LLM concepts into commercial value and communicate effectively with all stakeholder levels.
- Expertise in Java or Python, JS, OOP, Design Patterns, and time/space-efficient algorithms.
- Experience leading the development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and applied research prototypes for novel AI capabilities, model interpretability, and safety strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with Senior Architects, Leaders, and other Business Units to drive technical solutions.
- A quick learner of emerging technologies.
- Capability to mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Skill in managing technical risks within projects and across teams, potentially serving as a technical owner.
- Experience with methods of training and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., distillation, supervised fine-tuning, policy optimization) is a plus.
- Experience with AI productivity tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc., is a plus.
