Coupang is seeking a highly experienced Staff iOS Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge features for the Coupang Eats app, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new features for the Coupang Eats iOS application.
• Design and architect scalable and robust iOS application architecture.
• Optimize application performance to ensure fast and reliable user experiences.
• Build reusable and scalable common modules and frameworks for the iOS platform.
• Lead projects, collaborating closely with Product, UX, Backend, and other Mobile teams.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring high-quality architecture and design across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional iOS app development experience.
• In-depth understanding of the iOS platform and proficiency in Swift.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in O2O (Online-to-Offline) or e-commerce domains.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and automated development environments.

Work Model:

This role follows a Hybrid work model, requiring employees to work at least 3 days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work from home for 2 days. Specific in-office requirements may vary based on business needs.
