Staff Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Engineer (Software Developer) to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for ImmunoDiagnostic IVD products. You will optimize system performance while ensuring long-term codebase maintainability within our global engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement software using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related frameworks with a focus on UI development.
• Develop end-to-end clinical features for ImmunoDiagnostic IVD products in Bengaluru East, Karnataka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and deliver assignments on time with high quality standards.
• Leverage Microsoft SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management within our systems.
• Integrate solutions with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and standard Windows Server environments.
• Apply CQRS design patterns to enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability of our applications.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 9+ years of experience is required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, WebUI development (.NET), GIT, RESTful APIs, gRPC, SignalR, and real-time communication protocols is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices and perform threat modeling.
• Exposure to medical device software development standards (ISO 13485 & IEC 62304) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
