About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in ServiceNow AIOps & Event Management for our India-based team. This is a senior-level opportunity designed for experienced professionals who excel at digital engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
- Implement Event Management strategies including alert ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction.
- Create robust integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace).
- Leverage JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub to enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- 5.5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM domains (AIOps, Event Management, ITOM).
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript development within the ServiceNow framework.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
