Staff Engineer

Requirements & Experience

• Total Experience: 5.5+ years
• Strong proficiency in React.js for scalable frontend applications.
• Expert-level Python skills for AI development, automation, backend services, and API integration (FastAPI, Flask).
• Working knowledge of Java for enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack).
• RAG pipeline expertise including embeddings, document chunking, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and retrieval tuning.

Key Responsibilities

You will design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered features to support Infrastructure Security workflows. Key tasks include building AI-driven capabilities for vulnerability summarization, log triage, remediation recommendations, and natural-language querying of security data. You'll also integrate RAG pipelines, build evaluation frameworks using tools like RAGAS and LangSmith, implement responsible AI controls (prompt injection protection, PII redaction), and automate ML operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
