Staff Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with over 5.5 years of experience to join our global team at Nagarro. In this role, you will provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and Service Mapping modules across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the ServiceNow team to implement scalable solutions globally.
• Design and implement complex integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions for ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping concepts.
• Develop custom scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UAT, production deployments, and seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Experience: 5.5+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
• Core Skills: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB data models, and Service Mapping concepts.
• Modules: Proficiency in other modules like SPM, GRC, or HRSD along with deep knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Certifications: Valid ServiceNow certification (any module) is required.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting and integration testing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities, and capacity to thrive in a global delivery environment.
