Staff Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with expertise in Frontend React development to join our team in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code, understanding functional requirements, and envisioning overall solutions. You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

• Responsibilities:
  • Write and review high-quality code.
  • Thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze client needs.
  • Envision and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks for solutions.
  • Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
  • Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development.
  • Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.
  • Create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated efforts.
  • Address issues promptly and demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations for team members.
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
  • Justify design and technology decisions.
  • Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate suggested designs and technologies.
• Requirements:
  • Total experience of 7+ years.
  • Expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
  • Proficiency with data visualization libraries such as Highcharts or AG Grid.
  • Familiarity with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring, or CSS animations).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
  • Experience with unit testing and test automation (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, React Testing Library).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Exposure to Server-Side Rendering (SSR) / Static Site Generation (SSG) concepts in Next.js for SEO and performance optimization.
  • Strong ability to collaborate globally, communicate clearly, and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
