Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

• System Architecture & Development:
• Demonstrate end-to-end product thinking to design scalable backend and frontend architectures.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production-ready code, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces optimized for speed.
• Create strategic plans that balance long-term vision with immediate customer value delivery.
• Customer Interaction:
• Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and translate them into prioritized product features.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall user experience.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:
• Apply rigorous critical thinking to challenge existing solutions and propose novel, unbiased approaches from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant full-time experience building complex systems.
• Mindset: Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving technical challenges.
• Tech Stack (Frontend): Proficiency in React, front-end libraries, and translating designs into functional code.
• Tech Stack (Backend & Data):
• Mastery of Python and Django frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience optimizing backend services on GCP platforms using tools like DBT.
• Skills:
• Troubleshooting complex issues and debugging applications efficiently.
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize service delivery.
