Your Impact

Key responsibilities include analyzing requirements, transforming them into scalable software designs, advocating for code craftsmanship and quality tools, defining backend technology strategy, and fostering innovation and experimentation through cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, with expert-level knowledge of Java EE technologies (e.g., Java language, application servers, servlet containers, JMS, JPA, Spring MVC, Hibernate).
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
• Experience with Design Patterns, MVC, and frameworks like Spring.
• Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Deep expertise in backend technologies and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with the payment processing industry and its regulations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
