Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a high-performing engineering team in building and scaling a secure, reliable, and performant AI/ML platform.
• Enable a standardized, end-to-end model development and production lifecycle with a focus on user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to define platform requirements and priorities.
• Architect scalable and efficient platforms that empower data scientists to build, deploy, and monitor machine learning solutions end-to-end.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to software development best practices.
• Drive innovation by researching and incorporating state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks into the platform.
• Utilize strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and alignment-driving skills to convey important messages clearly and compellingly.
