Roles & Responsibilities

• Research, design, and build high-impact end-to-end machine learning systems for customer growth in Hyderabad.
• Coordinate applied scientists and ML engineers to drive production-scale solutions.
• Mentor junior Machine Learning Engineers and promote best practices across the organization.
• Solve industry problems by applying research in Recommendations, Causal ML, Reinforcement Learning, etc.

What We Need

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Statistics/Data Science.
• 9+ years of experience building products with Machine Learning and Personalization (Senior Level).
• Expert proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, Python, Java, Scala.
