Staff Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Data Scientist with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive our core product innovations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between research experimentation and scalable production deployment.

• Core Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of NLP and Generative AI solutions for real-world business applications.
• Craft and optimize advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on transformer-based architectures and modern deep learning frameworks.
• Lead initiatives involving LLMs, prompt engineering strategies, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline construction, and autonomous agentic workflows.
• Architect scalable model pipelines that seamlessly transition from experimental prototypes to robust production environments.
• Partner closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions.
• Conduct rigorous model evaluation, performance benchmarking, and optimization strategies to ensure reliability.

Technical Requirements

You will need 8+ years of professional experience in Data Science or AI Engineering. You must possess a strong command of Python and proficiency with major libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and similar ecosystems.
