Staff Data Scientist

We seek a Staff Data Scientist with deep expertise in production AI/ML systems, ideally solving complex data problems rather than just model selection. You will work on extracting signal from noisy real-world healthcare datasets, handling high-cardinality label spaces (like medical taxonomies), and deploying solutions using NLP, traditional ML, or Gen AI.

• Build training pipelines from historical decision records in regulated environments like HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Leverage PyTorch or TensorFlow for large-scale model training on cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Preferred:
- Experience with self-improving AI, active learning loops, RLHF, and outcome-based reward signals.
- Data mining skills to find rare patterns in high-cardinality feature spaces.
- MLOps expertise including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and governance.
- Backgrounds in healthcare technology or autonomous decision engines are highly valued.
