Staff Data Scientist

We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML to join our team in Noida.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Data Science. Healthcare experience is a significant advantage.
• Proven, hands-on proficiency in Python for building enterprise-level applications and implementing optimization techniques.
• Extensive experience in deep learning, including the development of NLP and Computer Vision models, and state-of-the-art Generative AI (GenAI) pipelines. Familiarity with agentic workflows is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in deploying deep learning models into production environments at scale, with a track record of interactive improvements. Requires hands-on expertise with at least one major deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• A genuine passion for research and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within the industry.
• In-depth understanding of classical Machine Learning techniques, including Random Forests, SVM, Boosting, and Bagging, along with the ability to build robust training and evaluation pipelines.
• Experience in applying global and local model explainability techniques such as LIME and SHAP.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform, including Databricks, Azure ML, or Amazon SageMaker.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models.
• Knowledge of implementing and managing MLOps frameworks.
• A customer-centric approach, demonstrated through effective communication and documentation.
