Staff Data Analyst

EarnIn is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join our expanding team in Bengaluru, India. This high-impact role is crucial for driving growth by leveraging analytics to inform business and product priorities, conducting data-backed experiments, and optimizing the consumer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement and reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and conduct strategic analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic analyses to identify opportunities for improving the core product experience for EarnIn customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and execute experiments.
• Enhance EarnIn's experimentation stack by implementing advanced tools such as Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED.
• Collaborate with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build core product models.
• Monitor key business metrics, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product analytics or data science within a B2C environment.
• Strong product sense and intuition to drive business and customer experience impact.
• Proven experience in designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Practical knowledge of state-of-the-art experimentation tools including Sequential Testing, Champion/Challenger, and CUPED.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
• Ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining processes while fostering creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations.
• Curiosity and passion for understanding analytical problems and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Experience in Fintech is considered a plus.
