EnCharge AI is a leader in advanced AI hardware and software systems for edge-to-cloud computing. Our next-generation in-memory computing technology offers unparalleled compute efficiency and density at a fraction of the cost of existing solutions. We are seeking to expand our team with 2-3 Staff Compiler Engineers to focus on model bringup. This crucial role involves ensuring that machine learning models run efficiently on our proprietary hardware through our compiler stack. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a compiler engineer, coupled with a strong understanding of ML models, including their architectures, operations, graph-level optimization, hardware mapping, and numerical accuracy considerations. While we are open to exceptional junior candidates who demonstrate a clear blend of compiler and ML/model expertise, we primarily seek mid-to-senior level engineers with 8+ years of relevant experience. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
