Staff Backend Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer for our Agent Platform team. In this role, you will help secure tens of millions of devices globally by building high-throughput, highly available distributed systems that process billions of security events daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive rapid response to customer-critical incidents and lead systematic root-cause analysis.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate large-scale services for policy, configuration, and command distribution across Windows, Linux, and macOS agents.
• Maintain application stability by monitoring metrics and improving operational visibility using our modern AI-powered tooling stack.

Tech Stack

Our backend is built with Go and Python. We utilize gRPC, REST, GraphQL, Kafka for messaging, Redis/PostgreSQL/Cassandra/ClickHouse for data storage, and run on Kubernetes across AWS/GCP environments using Docker and Helm.
