Staff AI Fullstack Engineer

G-P is hiring a Staff AI Fullstack Engineer to lead the development of GIA, an innovative AI platform designed for in-house legal and HR teams. This is a high-impact, remote-first role for a hands-on engineer who will own product surfaces end-to-end, from architecture and UI/UX to AI agent development and infrastructure scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build production-grade features using React, Next.js, Go, and Python.
• Design and deploy AI/LLM pipelines, agentic systems, and tool-use frameworks.
• Manage infrastructure, including deployment, observability, and scaling strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and set high-quality engineering standards.
• Drive product strategy and design, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Expertise in Python, Go, and the React/Next.js ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build AI-native applications and agentic systems.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities for complex, distributed architectures.
• Extreme ownership, speed, and a demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a startup founder or early-stage engineer.
• Domain expertise in legal-tech or HR-tech workflows.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems like CLMs, HRIS, and document management platforms.
