Role Overview:

CGI seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Genesys Cloud Contact Center development, located primarily in Hyderabad/Bangalore.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IVR & Flow Development: Design and deploy complex IVR call flows using Genesys Cloud Architect for high performance and fault tolerance.
  • AI Implementation: Develop Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows, NLP intents, utterances, and slots to create conversational self-service experiences.
  • Systems Integration: Build custom Data Actions connecting Genesys with Salesforce REST APIs and third-party SaaS apps.
  • Testing & Optimization: Conduct unit/load testing and tune AI models based on containment/abandon rates.
