Site Reliability Engineer - AWS & DevOps

Liberin Technologies is seeking a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Noida. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of our production services. You will be instrumental in driving DevOps and SRE best practices to streamline operations and enhance our deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructures using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop and optimize serverless architectures for peak performance and scalability.
• Configure and manage distributed, event-driven systems leveraging Apache Kafka.
• Ensure the high availability and reliability of production services and applications through comprehensive monitoring.
• Implement and refine DevOps and SRE practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational workflows.
• Automate operational and deployment processes to minimize downtime and reduce human error.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure application scalability and operability.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues in production environments.
• Develop and maintain essential technical documentation and disaster recovery plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud operations and SRE.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing AWS infrastructures with Terraform.
• Experience in automating deployments and managing large-scale infrastructures.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong expertise in AWS, including services like Lambda, Fargate, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, MSK, and Kinesis.
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code management.
• Deep understanding of serverless architectures and their best practices.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for distributed, event-driven systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Loki).
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud networking protocols, security, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and respond effectively to incidents.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
