We are hiring for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Net Connect, a premier investment banking firm based in Hybrid (Bengaluru, Mumbai). About the Role:

• Own the reliability, stability, and availability of mission-critical enterprise platforms.
• Monitor critical applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Apica to proactively detect and resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents across Linux servers, applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, and networking layers.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Event Management activities, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Build automation using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting to eliminate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software and infrastructure engineering teams to improve system resilience.
• Optimize deployment, monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows through automation.
• Support global business-critical applications during on-call rotations and operational readiness reviews.
• Continuously innovate to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Linux/Unix Administration, SRE, and Production Support
• Proficient in Incident & Problem Management, Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Apica)
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred), Python/Bash/Shell Scripting, SQL troubleshooting, and Distributed Systems/Microservices
• Knowledge of Ansible, GitHub, CI/CD, and Azure Networking is a plus.
