SRE DevOps

Role Overview

We are seeking an SRE DevOps Engineer specializing in Python Automation for our Technical Products and Services team. You will drive the transformation, data, and technology services that power world-class digital engineering experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Automation: Develop maintainable Python scripts/tools to automate provisioning (VMs, containers), configuration management, system health checks, and reusable automation frameworks.
• CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and production releases using tools like GitHub Actions or Octopus Deploy.
• SRE Practices: Define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), manage incidents, postmortems, and ensure high system reliability on Kubernetes/Azure environments.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, or Datadog for custom metrics collection, log parsing, and alert automation.
• MLOps: Support ML platform operations utilizing Kubeflow, KServe, Istio, and EvidenceAI within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
