Punon Technologies is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sr. UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and excel at transforming user needs into effective design solutions. This role is based in Mira Road, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior and needs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and detailed wireframes to guide the design process.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Create functional prototypes and mockups using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuously iterate and enhance designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data.
• Maintain consistency across the design system and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a UX Designer or in a similar design role.
• Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing usability testing tools and analytics platforms to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus.
