Sr. UI/UX Designer

FTFL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hadapsar, Pune, is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to craft intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. This full-time, permanent role requires expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and effective collaboration with front-end developers. The ideal candidate will design and improve UI/UX for web and mobile applications, conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders is crucial to align designs with business objectives. The role also involves optimizing UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness, and staying abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Essential skills encompass proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator; prototyping tools like InVision and Balsamiq; understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with Vue.js/React being a plus); user research methodologies (A/B testing, Heatmaps); and version control with Git. Experience with both web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android) is expected.
