Sr UI Development Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using React.js. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with our ambitious business objectives and user-centric design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-quality interfaces.
• Optimize applications for peak performance and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and accuracy of UI/UX designs.
• Debug issues, conduct thorough code reviews, and uphold high standards of code quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js (or comparable frameworks) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Proven experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux).
• Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
