Sr Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role involves leading and managing business and IT-focused projects, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional, cross-cultural, and geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate and govern Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Establish robust project governance frameworks and define roles/responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
• Manage and collaborate with distributed teams to achieve unified delivery outcomes.
• Identify and resolve team issues, conflicts, dependencies, and manage the critical path.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks through proactive strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and team performance.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project teams and contractors to foster accountability and high performance.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple Scrum/Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting complex enterprise software solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workday).
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and team-oriented.
