Sr. Tech Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Tech Lead for Application Development focusing on Microsoft technologies.

• Lead and mentor teams in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using .NET, Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Science, IT, or Software Engineering. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204) are preferred.

Required Skills

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Solution Architecture), .NET ecosystem, and cloud technologies. Proficient English communication skills required.
