Role Overview
We are seeking a Sr- Structural Engineer to specialize in Towers & Telecom at Ramboll.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural design and assessment of telecommunication structures (steel lattice towers, monopoles, rooftops poles) using industry-standard modeling programs compliant with Indian and International standards.
Undertake design review and certification for structural upgrades at telecom sites.
Generate innovative design solutions and complete site enhancement calculation reports.
Identify risks in site design surveys early on; prepare risk assessment reports and safe design registers.
Create CAD drafts to meet project objectives, resolving technical issues efficiently while guiding junior drafters.
Coordinate with Project Engineers for working detail designs, computations, and feasibility reporting via site inspections.
Deliver client brief solutions within scheduled timeframes.

Qualifications:

Civil or Structural Engineering degree required.
Familiarity with Telecom design software (RISA/TNX Tower, MStower, iTowersMW) preferred.
2 to 4 years of experience in Telecommunications/structural engineering or strong fundamentals.
Experience in mobile base station site designs and antenna mounting structures is a plus.
Knowledge of Indian and American Standards; proficiency with GIS and design systems required.
Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
Strong ability to liaise with clients, manage expectations, and drive project growth.
