Sr Staff Software Engineer

What you'll do in this Senior Staff Software Engineer role:

• Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing.
• Collaborate with product owners to grasp detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design and implementation through test automation and delivery of a high-quality product.
• Implement user-friendly software that enables customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their unique needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, as well as enhance the existing product suite.
• Act as a mentor to colleagues, fostering knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications for this role:

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging or critically evaluating how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or understanding AI's impact on functions or industries.
• Deep expertise in UI or Frontend development.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• A strong passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, emphasizing reusability and componentization.
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Advanced experience working with relational databases, including development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience across multiple technology stacks, including Cloud Development, Platforms, Web Development, Frameworks, or Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with significant technical risk across teams and processes, potentially serving as a functional lead or technical owner.
