Join Netskope’s cutting-edge team as a **Sr. Staff Engineer - Windows OS Client** to shape the future of cloud security. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance client software for Netskope’s Cloud Security solutions, focusing on Windows OS client technologies. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing high-performance, multi-threaded/multi-platform C++ code for enterprise-grade security agents.
- Solving complex challenges in cloud access and data security for Fortune 100 clients.
- Collaborating with product teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable, and observable solutions.
- Writing and executing unit tests, bridging with QA for robust validation.
- Understanding Windows internals, TCP/IP protocols, and cryptography to build secure, lightweight client software.
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and ensuring seamless deployment.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 12+ years in endpoint/network/cloud security product development.
- Proficient C++ programming with expertise in data structures and algorithms.
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals and multi-platform software development.
- Strong cryptography and web data format (JSON/XML) familiarity.
- BS in Computer Science (MS preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
