THE PERSON:

As a Software Systems Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering our next generation of products within the computer graphics industry, encompassing 3D Gaming, Display Technologies, Compute, Virtual Reality, and more. In this high-visibility position, your systems engineering expertise will be crucial for defining products, developing robust solutions, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective resolutions. As a senior member of the team, you are expected to take initiative and mentor colleagues to ensure the team's objective of on-time delivery is met.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Build, Release, or DevOps engineering.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Linux/Unix environments.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Demonstrated experience with source control systems like Git and various branching strategies.
• Hands-on experience with artifact repositories including Artifactory and Nexus.
• Familiarity with Docker/container-based builds and packaging.
• A good understanding of software build systems such as Make, CMake, and Gradle.
• Strong aptitude for debugging, problem-solving, and automation.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Master's degree is preferred.
