Sr. Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SDE-3) with expertise in Node.js and Golang to join our Back End - Crypto team in Gurugram, Haryana. This full-time role involves leading the development of scalable microservices for our platform. You will tackle complex engineering challenges, optimize system architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that contribute to business growth.

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js and Golang for the Crypto domain.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to shaping team processes to ensure high-quality and efficient development practices.
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial requirements to production deployment, making a significant impact on business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering innovation and promoting technical excellence within the team.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Node.js and Golang.
• Strong proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Expertise in using frameworks like Express, working with SQL/NoSQL databases and Redis, and experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience mentoring teams and successfully delivering projects.
