Full Job Description

Role: UI/UX Designer cum Developer – Low-Code & Automation Platforms

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer cum Developer with strong expertise in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine UI/UX design capabilities with frontend development skills and support application development across Bizagi, Mendix, Power Apps, and UiPath Apps.

The role involves translating business and user requirements into effective user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces while collaborating with business analysts, developers, and automation teams to deliver seamless digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design: Understand business/user needs; create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, high-fidelity designs; define user journeys/navigations/layouts; apply user-centered design principles (visuals, typography, color); ensure responsive/accessibility across web/app;
  • Frontend Development: Develop scalable UI using Angular or React; convert designs to functional apps; integrate with APIs/workflows/backend services; ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility;
  • Low-Code & Automation Platform Support: Design interfaces/forms for Bizagi, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, UiPath Apps; support workflow-driven solutions; collaborate on consistent UX standards across platforms;
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders/UX teams/analytics/devs; participate in design reviews/UAT/demos; identify usability challenges.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years IT experience; strong UI/UX and frontend skills;
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools;
  • Mastery of user-centered design/wireframing/usability;
  • Angular or React proficiency;
  • Experience with REST APIs/backend integration;
  • Familiarity with Bizagi, Mendix, Power Apps, UiPath Apps; ability to automate-friendly interface design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in low-code/no-code and automation platforms;
  • Knowledge of accessibility/responsive standards (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator helpful); Agile environment experience; Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Design.
