Sr. Software Engineer - Power Automate

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform to join our fast-paced, agile team. In this role, you will operate with independence on complex solutions while collaborating across development members and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot complex Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
• Optimize existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Analyze requirements to translate them into scalable implementations aligned with IT strategy.
• Collaborate on architectural patterns, standards, and CI/CD pipelines for solution packaging and deployment.
• Provide Level 3 production support including root cause analysis and corrective fixes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• At least 3 years specific experience with PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with custom connectors, API integrations, enterprise design patterns, and security practices preferred.
