Senior Software Engineer - Java
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. This is a permanent position located in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis, debug, and resolve complex functional issues, leading initiatives to prevent recurrence.
- Identify and proactively address product-related risks before they escalate into incidents.
- Participate in the root cause analysis and resolution of production support issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Adhere to all Change Management processes relevant to solution delivery.
