About the Role: Sr. Software Engineer in Hyderabad
Keylent is seeking a proactive and skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana. This permanent position involves a range of responsibilities focused on IT support, service coordination, and technical problem-solving to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Request & Incident Management
- Analyze and respond to IT requests from business users.
- Manage and track IT incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and high end-user satisfaction.
- Provide direct, in-person support for hardware and software-related requests.
Service Coordination & Level 2 Support
- Facilitate and coordinate IT services across different teams for efficient issue resolution.
- Deliver comprehensive Level 2 technical support, including troubleshooting and solution provision.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting Expertise
- Offer expert troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues impacting desktops, laptops, printers, and collaboration tools.
- Resolve problems with video teleconferencing platforms such as Cisco Webex/Jabber.
- Handle Active Directory password resets and provide on-call support for critical or emergency IT situations.
- Test and validate fixes and solutions to ensure their effectiveness.
Documentation & Process Improvement Initiatives
- Develop and maintain essential IT infrastructure documentation.
- Identify opportunities and propose enhancements to IT support processes to improve service delivery efficiency.
Hardware Deployment
- Manage the deployment of hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, for end-users.
