Sr. Software Engineer

Join JazzX AI as a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and management of critical components for an innovative enterprise AI platform. This role involves building AI-enabled work experiences for enterprise users, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a state-of-the-art platform. You will craft high-performance, scalable cloud-native services using a cloud-agnostic approach, focusing on AI capabilities, scalability, security, and operability. Championing innovative AI and software design patterns, you'll contribute to the platform's technical direction by staying abreast of emerging AI technologies. Collaboration is key, working closely with AI/research engineers, software engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to translate complex requirements into well-defined AI, software, and infrastructure components. You will foster an inclusive environment through effective communication and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Operational excellence is paramount, ensuring seamless integration, high availability, and implementing robust monitoring and alerting strategies, while championing DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, building, and operating cloud services, with proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code. Full-stack development experience, including AI/ML/data components, is essential. Proficiency in languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Golang, or C++ is required. Strong AI/ML experience, including MLOps, GenAI/LLM services, and AI agent frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, is highly preferred.
